Once we have established your requirements, we will request an application form be completed so that we have all the correct information noted.
We do preliminary checks.
We will issue a loan offer.
Upon acceptance of the loan offer, a valuation may need to be conducted on the security provided.
Once the valuation is returned, we will issue loan documents through our solicitors.
Loan documents will be sent to your solicitors of choice for signing.
Funds can be advanced within 1 hour of documents being returned.
